Shipping policy

The terms of Shipping depends on the method of shipment selected by the purchaser. Chari Clothing only offers shipping services within Australia region.

Regions outside Australia are handled on a case by case case basis and Chari Clothing reserves the right to reject an order if the shipment is outside of Australia. 

We provide multiple options to deliver products. These include:

•  Pickup from the vendor (Chari Clothing)
• Local delivery around Sydney region
• Standard postal service
• Express postal service.

Pickup

Our pickup service is free of charge. Customers are advised to set up a time to collect the outfit from Chari Clothing.

Local delivery

Local delivery costs a flat $20. Local delivery is only available around the Sydney region. As a guide, we only provide local delivery for up to 20km from Wolli Creek, NSW region.

Standard postal service

We use different postal services for our standard postal services with "AusPost standard delivery services" leading most of the deliveries. The deliveries are $15 flat within Australia and have the average postal time of over 7 days. 

Express postal service

Our Express postal services is with "AusPost express delivery services" leading most of our deliveries. The deliveries are $20 flat within Australia and can be delivered in metro regions within 3-4 days.
